Our boat dock brings you closer to everything you love about lake life. With a boat slip below and lounge furniture and plenty of seating on the upper deck, there’s room to stretch out, soak up the sunshine, and watch the boats drift by. Sip your morning coffee at sunrise or settle in as the sunset paints the water—these are the moments you came for.

We love sharing The Bend! Please review these guidelines before booking:
- Check-in: 5:00pm | Checkout: 11:00am
- Guest limit: 6, including children. Additional visitors require approval.
- Booking age: 21+. The primary guest must stay for the entire reservation.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00pm-7:00am,
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Dispose of outdoor smoking materials safely.
- Pets: No pets allowed
- Hot tub: Rinse before entering. No glass, food, or added products. Replace the cover after use. Leaving the cover off for a long period of time can cause a collection of bugs and debris and will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $50
- Outdoor safety: Supervise children near water and fires. Use designated fire and grilling areas; never leave them unattended.
- Treat the cabin with care, report damage promptly, and follow the provided checkout instructions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. If you need a different time, message us before you arrive and we'll do our best to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
First payment deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance refunds are given if canceling 7 days before arrival date.
Can I bring my pet?
We absolutely love animals, but for the comfort of all our guests, we have a no pet policy.
